Welcome Back to the Spring Semester!

We are excited to welcome our students back for the Spring semester, which begins on Sunday, January 12th, 2025, Insha'Allah. Sunday School offers an excellent opportunity for children to connect with the community and deepen their understanding of Islam.
For Parents of Returning Students: Kindly complete the tuition payment by selecting one of the available payment options.
Tuition Fees:
- $200 per child for the first two children
- $150 for each additional child
Please ensure all fees are paid by January 31, 2025. You may pay via check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle. These payment methods are preferred as they do not incur transaction fees.
Payment Options:
- Cash: Please hand the tuition fee to School Admin, Sister Aisha.
- Check: Payable to Madina Institute, 12123 Kanis Rd., Little Rock, AR 72211 (Write "Sunday School" in the memo line).

Class Cancelled

The Tajweed & Quran class scheduled for Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM has been canceled due to the forecasted inclement weather.

The next class will be on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at the regular time, InshaAllah.

Event Postponed

The event scheduled for Friday, January 10, 2025, has been postponed due to the forecasted inclement weather. A new date will be announced soon. Thank you for your understanding.

Event Highlights: Blossom Together

On Friday, January 3, 2025, another exclusive "Blossom Together" session for girls was held.

Sister Mona Gaser led a halaqa on the ”Modern Feminist Movement” followed by an open discussion on Islam's perspective on feminism.

After the halaqa, the girls had a fun and engaging time making tiramisu from scratch, thoroughly enjoying the experience.

Youth Event Highlights: BBQ & Bonfire

The youth event held on Saturday was a great success.

Imam Nawaz led an enlightening halaqa on "Mental Health: The Islamic Perspective," where he explained the significance of mental well-being in Islam. He offered practical advice on managing stress, anxiety, and emotional struggles, emphasizing the role of faith and spiritual practices in promoting mental health.

After the halaqa, the youth gathered around a warm bonfire, enjoying the camaraderie and connection of the evening. They also enjoyed a delicious dinner. The atmosphere was vibrant and uplifting.

Sponsor Jummah Lunch

Each Friday, we welcome 150-200 people for prayer at Madina, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
This provides a valuable opportunity for you to sponsor the Friday lunch and make a meaningful contribution to our congregation

Join us Monday to Thursday after Maghreb for our daily Khatiras. We will read Hadith from "The 40 Hadith on Mercy and Those Who Show Mercy."
